The Burglar was first seen robbing Mr. Johnson's house when Mikey and Bunsen were trick or treating, but when he gave them food they found out that he wasn't Mr. Johnson in a burglar costume, he was an acutal burglar, so he flees the house and slips in some tomatoes Darcy shot out of her cannon and into a police van.
